ELDDS T-Shirt Design

Ahha~!! I've finally completed my design for ELDDS T-Shirt.. Supposedly last Friday i already done it and show to Ms Chee. But she asked me to make it into a template for future use. It's kind of difficult for me to make it into template as i dont work well with computers, don't have photoshop (dunno quite how to use too...). So i tried my very best using Paint to modify..
