My Way of Dealing With My Emotions

I'm pretty bumped today. And I just decided not to remind myself of what happen.

How do I deal with my emotions? When I'm happy, I smile. When I'm sad, I frown. On a serious note though, when I'm not having the best days, I detach myself from the world. I'll stay quiet, put the song that best describe my feeling on repeat, and just gaze into space. I'll think about implications, over and over again. It'll depend on the impact of the things that hit me to see how long I'll get over it.

I guess some things, no matter how hard you try, you cannot avoid. So I'll end here and save it for another sad sad day to continue.
