My Gaming Weekends

I've got myself a PS4! I'm not really that excited about it! So maybe I'll stop using exclamation mark at the end of my sentences!

That's right. I finally bought it. And I realised a couple of hours later that there isn't much games that I'm going to play on PS4. The first game I got for my new console was Mass Effect: Andromeda. I thoroughly enjoyed the previous three titles and am looking forward to having a go with Andromeda. But an hour into the game, I still haven't got the same feelings I had when I played the previous installments. Maybe it's just one of those games that will take a little bit more time to warm up to.

The following are the games I'd like to play: Uncharted 4, Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, The Last of Us 2, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Metal Gear Solid 5, Fallout 4, Horizon Zero Dawn and Pro Evolution Soccer 2018.

The 8 games seem minuscule when you compare it with the hundreds of PS4 titles. But I only have weekends to play, and I don't play every weekends, so I'd probably end up getting 4/5 of the games on my list. So, a $399 investment for some of my weekends in the foreseeable future... Good investment? I absolutely think so!

Out of the games on my play list, I'm most excited for PES 18! I did not purchase PES 17, even though KONAMI secured the rights to Liverpool FC, as it'll be a dread playing on PS3, with the slow loading and all. But damn, I do hope Liverpool manage to secure the signings of Virgil Van Dijk and Naby Keita. I haven't been this excited about a potential signing since 2003 when we signed Harry Kewell. The first thing I do when I wake up every morning is to check Twitter for transfer updates. It's becoming an obsession somewhat. It's still a while before the transfer window closes. And til' the release of PES 18. I know I wrote in my previous post that I should not anticipate things, but I just can't help myself on this.
